We became aware of an issue regarding the bot being unresponsive and the latency over the past 12 hours has been jumping up and down. Along with this, our server crashed last night and quickly restarted itself; however, failed to cache in around 10,000 of our users.
We have performed a server restart in hopes this will fix our issues.
